Compact spinning system: new level of yarn quality.
With the compact spinning system, the yarn quality improvement process is achieved by reducing and narrowing the fiber strip coming out of the drafting unit and eliminating the spinning triangle.
When using compact spinning, most of the fibers that make up the yarn are better incorporated into the yarn structure. This results in a yarn structure with less lint, a smoother surface, greater strength, higher elongation, and a denser yarn structure compared to traditional spinning.

Ring yarn: production from long cotton fibers
Ring-spun yarn is divided into two categories: carded and combed. The difference between these two types of yarn arises during the combing process.
The combing process means that the raw material (cotton) fed into the machine undergoes an intensive combing process using combs inside the machine. As a result of this process, short cotton fibers are removed.
Depending on the type of cotton used and the machine settings, 5–25% of the fibers can be removed from the raw material and evaluated differently.

Open-End Yarn: Quality and Reliability
This is yarn produced using the open-end spinning system. The most common method is rotor spinning. Both cotton and cotton-type fibers can be used.
The basis of this method is a spinning system where fibers enter the rotor and are spun under the influence of centrifugal force.
Blended Yarn
Blended Yarn: A combination of natural and synthetic fibers.
Blended yarn, also known as mixed yarn, is made from fibers of different types. It typically contains both natural and synthetic fibers.
The proportion of synthetics (often acrylic) can range from 5% to 80%. If the natural fiber content in the blended yarn is 35% or more, experts consider it to combine the advantages of both natural and synthetic threads.
